Located on the ground floor of the building - with it's own separate entrance - the apartment offers comfortable rooms (total 60 square meters) renovated to modern standards in 2023. There are two bed- and bathrooms sleeping up to 5 guests. The bedrooms have large, comfortable box spring beds.
There is a comfortable living, dining and kitchen area, with direct access to the terrace via the patio doors. Access to the sun exposed garden on the south side of the building. The large porch in the garden(shared) offers relaxing outdoor seating, overlooking the swimming pool (shared, summer only). Parking for one car, access to ski room.

A quiet place - close to mountain adventure.
SEETIROL.com is located on the street Kuratl, between the towns of See and Kappl in the Paznaunvalley. Kuratl is a quiet cul-de-sac, just above the main valley road. Originally a community of farmers, now the home to local families - some still proud owners of very small herds of cows and goats. Because of the short drive up the mountain from the main road (couple hundred meters), SEETIROL.com benefits from silence and incredible valley views.
As our guest, you should be ok with not being in a resort center. Personally, we love the versatility our location brings. You can spend your days exploring different ski resorts, or in summer explore different areas and valleys.
We offer spacious accommodation on a quiet street, from where you can easily access some of the greatest ski resorts in Tirol. By foot, there is some amazing hikes around the accommodation, but getting around by car or taxi is highly recommended.
We are not ski-in / ski-out (well, technically, for advanced skiers we are ski-in from the See resort). From our location, the ski areas are at a short driving distance (See 2 min, Kappl 6 min, Ischgl 15 min, St. Anton 20 min - all +/- depending on traffic). There is a ski-bus operating on the valley road, the walk up the hill at the end of the day is not a lot of fun.
All facilities (supermarkets, bakery, restaurants) are very easy to reach by car. There are multiple taxi services in the valley. Parking is well organised in the ski resorts.
