The following specific terms & conditions applying to your booking with us: Bookings are confirmed as soon as 20% of the invoice is paid (due within 7 days from the invoice date in case of bank transfer). This payment is non-refundable. 30 days before your arrival we'd like to have the remainder of the invoice transferred to us. Cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival means 60% of the invoice will be charged. There will be no refund in case of a no-show. Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. A €300 deposit will be refunded as soon as we've checked the house after your stay (within 7 days of your departure). Check-in from 16:00, check-out at 10:00. Smoking not permitted and pets not allowed!
